Please email to advise us of the problem, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24 hours. Our prime concern is always the satisfaction of our customers.

Goods should not be returned unless you have been issued with a Return Authority Number. We will discuss the most appropriate method of returning the goods.

We regret that we can not refund for change of mind situations.
